ZONING ORWNANCE AMENRIENT N0, -x'1`1 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />13I;R13Y <br />The Dane County Board o f Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry <br />to include in the 111-2 Rural ilornes <br />the following described land: <br />be amended <br />district <br />Pai t of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Berry described as follows: <br />Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 17; thence N 87° 40' 49" E, <br />130.03 feel'; thence S 01" 53' 33" E, 504.78 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />N 870 40' 49" E, 284 feet; thence N 02" 19' 11" W, 384 feet; thence S 76° E, 400 <br />feet; thence S 01° 53' 03" E, 550 feet; thence N 76° w 400 feet; thence N 02° 19' <br />11" W, 100 feet; thence S 87° 20' 16" W, 484 feet; N 02° 19' 11" w, 66 feet; thence <br />N 870 40' 49" E 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map w i 11 <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
