N., Edgerton, WI 53534, or to myself at
the Edgerton office, with regard to this roadway frontage issue. Again,
they have been told that the first step in this process to split off parcels
of property for their children would be to have the appropriate roadway
frontage which they do not have and in fact they currently only get out to
the roadway through a driveway easement. What they need to find out is if
they can use the existing easements for any new parcels that may be created
without the need for each parcel to have its own 66 foot frontage. According
to the information Mrs. Cook received from Kristine Schutte, Mrs. Cook was
of the opinion that because this parcel of land was created before 1970, it
would not be subject to the 66 foot frontage requirement.
Any help you could give us regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
Yours very truly,
OET
Dale E.
