I have some questions regarding real estate owned
by the Trust and currently up for sale. The tax parcel numbers in question are
#050/0907-032-8020-0, #050/0907-032-8000-4 and #050/0907-031-8610-7. The Trust,
by Trustee Cymbre Van Fossen, did some time ago contact Dane County zoning with
questions relating to wetlands. Attached is a copy of the reply from Kris Schutte.
Specifically my questions are as follows:
Are these three tax parcels separately salable, or does Dane County consider them one
parcel for purposes of the Dane County Land Division ordinance?
Kris Schutte indicated in her April 25, 2007 letter that five different zoning
classifications are represented in these three parcels. What are the boundaries of each
zoning parcel? Is this property subject to some type of conditional use permit?
With regard to #050/0907-032-8020-0, if the current house is removed, can another
house be placed elsewhere on the property so long as it meets the setbacks for the
zoning classification?
If the answer to the question above is that a replacement house cannot be built
elsewhere on the property, can the current house be removed, and a replacement house
constructed on the same footprint?
