Lehmann `f <br />DATE: April 17, 2003 <br />RE: Gjermo Properties, Sec. 3, Town of Christiana, Road Vacation <br />We visited on this a few weeks ago. Here is an update. <br />The old STH 12/18 right of way that was abandoned by Wis. DOT turned out to be an easement <br />road. The Town Board voted on April 8th to abandon the portion from State Farm Road extending <br />westerly to just east of the driveway serving Mary Gjermo's lot. The westerly portion to Clear View <br />Road remains town road. <br />This gives Lot 2 of CSM 6996 approximately 78 feet of frontage on the town road. Lot 1 has 153 <br />feet of frontage on that road, as well as frontage on State Farm Road. <br />Lot 1 of CSM 5440 has 43 feet of frontage on StateFarm road and an easement across Lot 2 of CSM <br />6996 extending to Lot 2's driveway that has frontage on the former 12/18 road. <br />I have advised Mary that should Lot 1 of CSM 5440 ever be sold by her, she should tack on <br />sufficient lands from Lot 1 of CSM 6996 to widen the frontage on State Farm Road to 66 feet. <br />The easement nature of the right of way means no new real estate parcel was created by the vacating <br />of the right of way. <br />Thank you for your assistance. <br />cc: Mary Gjermo <br />@PFDesktop\::ODMA/WORLDOX/F:/DOCS/WD/27556/0/A0191203.
