I appreciate your efforts to get in touch with <br />me. <br />As I mentioned in one of my messages on your voice mail, I spoke to Russ Bartlett of Dane <br />County Zoning on November 30, 1994. He indicated that I needed to check with you as to whether or <br />not each of the two lots that my clients are proposing to purchase are "legal" lots in terms of being <br />entitled to receive a zoning permit to build a house on each of those lots. <br />The lots are located in the Town of Middleton and are identified as parcel no. 19-0708-353-9001- <br />5 and parcel 19-0708-353-9180-9. They are identified in more detail on the attached legal descriptions. <br />One parcel contains approximately 12 acres. The other parcel contains approximately 22 acres. <br />The closing is scheduled for January 10, 1995. It is critical that we know prior to that date as <br />to whether or not my client will be able to obtain a zoning permit to build a house on each of these lots. <br />I would appreciate it if you could send me a short note indicating the answer to my question prior <br />to the date of our closing.
