•
With all of the foregoing said and the hope that most people agree further residential
splits on this property in the near future are not very probable, I have two questions. I
hope these questions require relatively simple and straight forward answers which in turn
may help solve the dilemma the Tachons , with the help of the Town Board, have put
themselves into.
Question 1: Can the most recent 11 acre attachment to this parcel be detached and re-
attached to the Edger Tachon property from which it came?
(For what is worth this 11 acres is also deed restricted for Edger Tachons use and
enjoyment for as long as he is alive and physically capable.)
Question 2: Can Steve and Mary Lynn Tachon detach the most recent 11 acre attachment
to this parcel in any way, shape or form as a nonbuildable site and keep it or sell it to
another person as a nonbuildable investment or recreational property
(There are members of the Town Board who are leading the Tachons to believe they
should still be able to split this property if the new parcel is made a nonbuildable site.)
Sincerely,
William H. Weber, Sr.
Vice -President
First Weber Group, Inc.
ENCLOSURES
