It is apparent that the subject 27 acres land parcel, described in <br />R10529/33, Dane County Registry, was created as a separate legal entity subsequent <br />to the effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Cross <br />Plains. Accordingly, this 27 acres parce cannot e separately conveyed without a <br />change in zoning classification. It could be represented that this 27 acres was <br />properly merged with the 26 acres described in the prior communication of 05/30/06 <br />(copy attached), creating a single parcel of 53 acres. The 26 acres has been <br />identified as a valid legal parcel, however, the status of # 070708499407 must be <br />resolved in conjunction with any separate parcel conveyance.
