Dane County Planning & Development
Room 116, City -County Building, Madison, Wisconsin 53703-3342
May 28, 2008
Mount Vernon Hills II, LLC
23 Cambridge Court
Madison, Wisconsin 53704
Re: # 060734328204
SW1/4 S34 T6N R7E
Town of Springdale
Dane County
Gentlepeople:
Land Division Review
608/266-9086
In response to your communication of 02/08/08 a search of the public record has
been completed for the purpose of providing the requested parcel status
determination. It is apparent that the subject land parcel, described in Document
# 4146416, Dane County Registry, was created as a separate legal entity, subsequent
to the applicable effective date of the Dane County Land Division Regulations,
without the required Dane County certified survey map approval. Accordingly, this
parcel does not enjoy a valid separate legal status and cannot be separately
conveyed without first obtaining a Dane County certified survey map approval.
Sincerely,
Norbert Scribner, Dane County Land Division Review
cc: Attorney William P. O'Connor
Clerk, Town of Springdale
Dane County Highway Department
Enclosure:
