I am employed as an Assistant Zoning Administrator at Dane County Zoning and am <br />responsible for land division review and administration of the county's Land Division <br />and Subdivision Regulations. I make this affidavit based on my personal knowledge. <br />2. Section 75.06(6) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances (Land Division and <br />Subdivision Regulations) provides the following definition of Land Division: "A division <br />of a parcel of land which is not a subdivision and which creates less than five lots, <br />parcels or building sites of 35 acres each or less in area, regardless of whether the act of <br />division also creates one or more lots, parcels or building sites on 35 acres or more." <br />3. Section 75.06(9) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances (Land Division and <br />Subdivision Regulations) provides the following definition of Parcel: "Contiguous lands <br />1 <br />
