Tax parcel numbers are issued by Dane County for tax assessment / collection purposes <br />only. Issuance of a tax parcel number does not, in and of itself, convey a separate parcel <br />status to lands covered by the tax parcel. In addition, issuance of a tax parcel number is <br />not predicated on a property's compliance with applicable land division regulations, nor <br />does it imply county determination of a tax parcel's compliance or non-compliance with <br />applicable land division regulations. <br />5. Tax parcel numbers 0511-044-9361-0 and 0511-044-9400-0, currently owned by Justin <br />Engelhart, and totaling approximately three (3) acres, constitute a single ownership parcel <br />as described in the latest deed to the property,under document #4675242, recorded in the <br />office of the Dane County Register of Deeds July 26, 2010. <br />6. Tax parcel number 0511-044-9361-0, totaling approximately one (1) acre, is not a valid, <br />vendable parcel.
