It seems that a 15.6- ac. A- <br />1EX parcel was divided without going through a rezone or CSM to leave 2 parcels: a 14.6- Ac. (aprox.) parcel <br />with field and maybe an old barn on it belonging to Henry Wegwitz, and a 0.98- Ac. (aprox.) parcel with the <br />house and attached garage on it belonging to Jade Dean. The information on buildings is a guesstimate after <br />looking at the aerial photos. Looks like the transfer took place this June, 2005. I assume it will need follow- <br />up with letters, etc. I actually found the problem because the new owner Jade Dean requested a Zoning <br />Status Report to see if we could find records dating to when the house was built (no ZP's were found, as it <br />was most likely done before our records begin here).
