Maier, via Land <br />Contract , on June 6, 1964. David Cheney had done the survey for Borgrud Real Estate Company <br />(Map No. 6441), but it was revised, on July 7, 1964, to reflect my desire that the property be divided <br />into two parcels; a one acre parcel where the house was built, and a 14.6 parcel of the land. It was <br />my intention that if there was any question of foreclosure, that I would still be able to retain <br />possession of the land. <br />The mortgages, with Whitson Swift Homes, and LL Freeman, and the Satisfaction with <br />Pittsburg National Bank, all reflect the fact that the house and one acre were a separate parcel from <br />the acreage. <br />In addition, Anthony Thousand did a survey of the house and the one acre, on September 17, <br />1965, which I gave to the new owner this month. <br />It is always been my intention for the property to be two separate parcels, back in 1964 when <br />I purchased it, through the entire time I owned it and at the time of the sale in May, 2005. During the <br />time I owned it, I also had two parcel numbers; 610-321-9890-5 and 610-321-9891-0.
