As per our meeting <br />with county surveyor Dan Frick and department Director Todd Violante on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, <br />the findings of my search are consistent with the previous search provided to you by Norbert <br />Scribner, Dane County Land Division Review Officer in letter form on July 2, 2008. It appears that <br />the 15.6 acre parcel was created as a separate legal entity, described in Vol. 136 of Records, page 102, <br />as Document No. 1251199, prior to the applicable effective dates of the Dane County Land <br />Division Regulations and A-1 Exclusive Agriculture Zoning in the Town of Dunn. Therefore, this <br />15.6 acre parcel has legal status and can be separately conveyed at this time, without a Dane County <br />Certified Survey Map approval and without a change in zoning classification, pursuant to <br />S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances.
