<br />1889.5 feet to the point of beginning; Thence N 0°17' E. 790.7 feet to
<br />Reference Point "8t', thence S 88o-23'E 452.6 feet along a fence, thence
<br />S 1000'W 131.2 feet along a fence, thence S 88o23'E 521.6 feet along a
<br />fence, thence S 0006'W 624.6 _Feet along a fence, thence S 89o-55'W
<br />968.0 feet to the Point of Beginning containing 15.6 acres, together
<br />with an easement, 66 feet in width,. the east line of which is described
<br />by courses mentioned in the above description between reference point
<br />"A" and reference point T'B". Together with an easement for access
<br />purposes through Retriever Club Road.
<br />This deed is given in fulfillment of that certain land contract dated
<br />the 6th day of June, 1964.
