These two Affidavit of Corrections are given to correct the legal description described in the Warranty Deed, dated 09/27/1969, recorded 09/29/1969, Document No. 1251199 and in the Warranty Deed, dated 05/04/2005, recorded 11/14/2005, Document No. 413224 in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Said Warranty Deeds described a single 15.6 acre parcel of land, when it should have described two parcels; this 1.0 acre parcel of land as well as a second 14.6 acre parcel of land.
