KLINKNER
STATE OF WISCONSIN
DANE COUNTY
Patrick M. Klinkner, being sworn, states:
1. I am employed as Zoning Inspector for Dane County Planning & Development Division
of Zoning.
2. The attached letters, dated July 2, 2008, September 30, 2009, and August 12, 2010, are
true and correct copies of correspondence between our division and J. Dean with respect
to the 15.6 acre property known as 1718 Labrador Rd., Oregon, Wisconsin (parcel
numbers 0610-321-9905-0 and 0610-321-9891-0). The letters are part of our official
files and records related to the property. The conclusions and determinations conveyed in
the letters remain true today.
3. I searched the public record for documents relating to the property listed above.
4. The 15.6 acre parcel is zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive).
5. The 15.6 acre parcel was created as a separate legal entity, described in Vol. 136 of
Records, page 102, as Document No. 1251199, prior to the applicable effective dates of
the Dane County Land Division Regulations and A-1 Exclusive Agriculture Zoning in the
Town of Dunn.
6. The 15.6 acre parcel has legal status and can be separately conveyed at this time without
a Dane County Certified Survey Map approval and without a change in zoning
classification, pursuant to S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances. Any division
of this 15.6 acre parcel will require a change in zoning classification, together with a
Dane County certified survey map approval.
1
