7. Consequently, J. Dean's attempts at separating the 1.0 acre parcel from the 15.6 acre <br />parent parcel by filing warranty deeds and affidavits of correction are invalid. <br />8. The mere preparation of a boundary survey in 1964 did not create a valid separate parcel <br />status for the 1.0 acre parcel. <br />9. In order to correct the illegal parcel status of the 1.0 acre parcel, a change in zoning <br />classification, together with a Dane County Certified Survey Map approval would be <br />required. <br />10.
