February 26, 2005 <br />Norbert Scribner <br />Plat Review Officer <br />Dept of Planning & Development <br />Rm 116, City County Building <br />210 Martin Luther King Blvd. <br />Madison, WI 53703 <br />Dear Mr. Scribner, <br />MAR 1 2005 <br />DANE COUNTY PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT <br />I would like to request a mini -title search for the following parcels of land which <br />we are purchasing on May 1, 2005: <br />#028/0610-193-9100-6 and #028/0610-193-9200-5 <br />for property at 4754 Schneider Drive, Oregon, WI 53575 in the Town of Dunn. <br />You will notice there are three buildings on this property — the house, a detached <br />garage, and a pole barn. The sellers tell me that the house and detached garage <br />are on the smaller parcel, and the pole barn on the larger parcel. In addition to <br />finding out the legal status of the lots, we would like to pursue an option of <br />converting the detached garage into a guest house for occasional use, since the <br />bedrooms are somewhat limited in number and size in the main house. <br />I would appreciate any help you can give me in determining what the issues are <br />with the above property. <br />Many thanks, <br />Linda J.
