Accordingly, <br />this 38.5 acres parcel can be separately conveyed, at this time, without a Dane <br />County certified survey map approval and without a change in zoning classification. <br />Please note that S.10.04(1), Dane County Code of Ordinances requires a separate <br />legal parcel for each single family residence. <br />It is my understanding that a non -conforming status can be continued as it was <br />established prior to the applicable regulation.
