The subdivision plat was recorded 12/21/1955. At that <br />time, the zoning district was A-1 Agriculture, which permitted a single-family res dence <br />and associated uses_ <br />The Town of Dunn. adopted A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultur it zoning on 06/07/197. On <br />that date, the parcel described above changed from A-1 to A-1EX Non-Conformntg <br />status; in other words, its uses as permitted under A-1 zoning are `grandfathered' alder <br />the A-1EX zoning in effect today. So any remodeling of the single-family resider ce on <br />the premises, or any rebuilding in the event of a fire, tornado, etc. would be permi ted <br />under A-1EX zoning, but must comply with all Dane County Zoning regulations and any <br />other Dane County Ordinance requirements at the time any permit is issued_ <br />I could not find any Zoning Permits issued for your mother's house, and do not ve <br />access to any site plan or survey showing the location of tie house on the property, so I <br />have no way to know if the location, size, etc. of the exist:.ng house is now in compliance <br />with Zoning requirements such as setback, height, lot cov:rage, etc. As stated anOve, all <br />future permits must comply with all County ordinance recuirements as well as all town <br />and State requirements. <br />Please contact me at 266-9084 if you have questions or need more information. <br />Sincerely, - <br />1;fl-,'Lu (. <br />Kristine L.
