One of the <br />contingencies the Buyers have included with the Offer to Purchase is "Seller <br />shall rezone the Property to R-1 Residential before closing." The property is <br />currently zoned A-1. In talking further with the Buyers, their concern is they <br />can remodel the premises and in the event of a fire tornado, etc., the residence <br />Is destroyed they would not be allowed to rebuild due to the zoning. <br />I had contacted Kristine Schuette (copy of letter enclosed) to respond to this <br />issue. She did give me a written response (copy of letter enclosed), towever, <br />when the Buyers spoke with Dan Evers of Dane Counter Zoning he advised tt.em they <br />needed to have the written response from you. <br />Accordingly, they will remove the contingency from the Offer if Dare County <br />Planning & Development (you) will provide a letter stating they 1111 be <br />"grandfathered" to remodel and/or rebuild, as long is they are in compliar.ce with <br />Township, County and State Ordinances. <br />Would you please provide a letter stating the same and forward it to Lu11a E. <br />Cole, c/o Mickey Cole Puza, 113 West Oak Street, Cottage Grove WI 53!.27. <br />If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. <br />
