Ms. Carmen Skjolaas <br />20 February 2006 <br />Page 2 <br />3973924, as recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds on October 1, 2004. A copy <br />of that Certified Survey Map is enclosed herewith. That Certified Survey Map subdivided <br />Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map 3667 into two lots, Lots 1 and 2, and relocated the easement <br />as shown on Certified Survey Map 3667 to what is now shown on Certified Survey Map <br />11192. Please note that Mr. Scribner approved Certified Survey Map 11192. <br />Please also note that Certified Survey Map 11192 references a joint drive easement in <br />document number 3908381 as recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds <br />on May 6, 2004. We are enclosing a copy of that Joint Driveway and Easement Agreement. <br />Please note that attached to the Joint Driveway and Easement Agreement as Exhibit A is a <br />metes and bounds description of the easement area which is reflected by the crosshatched <br />area on Certified Survey Map 11192. <br />By virtue of all three documents, the Vang parcel is Lot 3 of Certified Survey Map <br />3667 and is provided highway access to County Highway N for virtue of the easement as <br />reflected by Certified Survey Map 11192 and as set forth in the Joint Driveway and <br />Easement Agreement, document number 3908381. The bottom line is that the Vang parcel is <br />a legal pre-existing nonconforming parcel with highway access over the joint driveway <br />easement as reflected on CSM 11192 and as further provided for in the Joint Driveway and <br />Easement Agreement. <br />Pursuant to your request that we have Mr. Scribner confirm that the Vang parcel is a <br />legal pre-existing nonconforming parcel with highway access over the joint drive easement <br />as reflected in Certified Survey Map 11192 and as set forth in the Joint Driveway and <br />Easement Agreement, we are sending Mr. Scribner a copy of this letter together with a copy <br />of the referenced documents requesting that he confirm to the Town the foregoing (providing <br />us a copy of that confirmation). <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned. <br />RMT:kab/srp <br />060265/skjolaas 022006 <br />Enclosures <br />Very truly yours, <br />Ronald M.
