Range 10 E, Dane County, Wisconsin ✓. <br />IffHHEEMUS, Walter A. Frautschi, in his capacity as <br />Executor of the Estate of Jerome J. Jones, deceased, desires <br />to file for record the plat of Quaker Heights, Second Addition, <br />`:.own of Blooming Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin, and to have <br />the lots in said plat subject to certain restrictions; and. <br />WHEREAS, the boundaries of said plat are described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at an iron stake at the Southeast corner <br />of said SWj of the NW*, thence South 890281 'vest <br />922.6 feet along South line of said SWJ to an iron <br />stake, thence North 1022' East 497.2 feet to an <br />iron stake, thence North 890301 West 922.4 feet to <br />an iron s tE ke in the East line of said SWj-, thence <br />South 10221 West 496.7 feet along said East line to <br />the point of beginning; all in the SWC of the NW; <br />of Section 16, Town of Blooming move, Town 7 N, <br />Range 10 E, Dane County, Wisconsin, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Walter A. Frautschi in his capacity <br />as Executor of the Estate of Jerome J. Jones, deceased, does <br />hereby agree with future purchasers of lots in said plat of <br />Quaker :eights, Second Addition, that all deeds to lots in said <br />plat executed by him will be subject to the following restrictions: <br />1. The lots in the plat of Quaker Heights, Second <br />Addition, shall be used strictly for residential <br />purposes, and no structure shall be erected, altered, <br />placed, or permitted to remain upon any lot or part <br />thereof in said plat other than: <br />(a) One detached single-family dwelling not <br />exceeding two stories in height. <br />(b) One private one -car or two -car Parage not <br />exceeding five hundred (600) square feet <br />in area. <br />(c) Two outbuildings, provided that the aggregate <br />ground area of such outbuildings shall not <br />exceed two hundred (':00) square feet. <br />- 1 - <br />
