VOL. PAGE1 4 780628 DECLARATION:OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS WHEREAS, The undersigned is the owner of all lots in the E. M. Strasburg Addition to the Village of Sun Prairie, Dane County, Wisconsin, which addition is comprised of Lots numb- ered One (1) to Seventy --four (74) both inclusive, and located on a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) and a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 5, Town 8 North, Range 11 East, Dane County, Wisconsin, and WHEREAS, It is deemed proper to impose upon the lots in said sub -division certain restrictions, reservations, limi- tations and covenants hereinafter set forth for the benefit and protection of.the owners, present and future, of the lots in said sub -division. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED AND AGREED That the following restrictions, reservations, limitations and cove- nants be and the same hereby are adopted and that the lots in said sub -division be subject thereto as follows, to -wit: ARTICLE I These covenants are to run with the land and shall be bind- ing on all parties and all persons claiming under them until January 1, 1970, at which time said covenants shall be automat- ically extended for successive periods of ten (10) years unless by vote of a majority of the then lot owners it is agreed to change said covenants in whole or in part, I If the parties hereto, or any of them, or their heirs;or assigns shall violate or attempt to violate any of the covienants herein, it shall be lawful for any other person or persons,owning
