VOL .:221 PAGE135 <br />any real property situated said addition to prosecute any <br />proceedings at law or in equity against the person or persons <br />violating or attempting to violate any such covenants, and <br />either to prevent him or them from so doing or to recover <br />damages or other forBi.tures for such violation. <br />Invalidation of any of these covenants'by judgment or <br />court order shall in no wise affect any of the other provis- <br />ions which shall remain in full force and effect. <br />ARTICLE II <br />Lots Twenty-four (24) through Twenty-nine (29), both in- <br />clusive, and Lots Seventy (70) through Seventy-four (74), both <br />inclusive, shall be used for commercial purposes and the cove- <br />nants hereinafter recited shall not affect these said lots un- <br />less they are specifically so included. <br />ARTICLE III <br />All lots in said tract except those specifically excepted <br />in Article II shall be known and described as residential lots, <br />No structure shall be erected, altered, or placed, or permitted <br />to remain on any residential building plot other than resident- <br />ial buildings. Except on lots Fifty-seven (57) to Sixty -Nine <br />(69), both inclusive, the residential building shall be one (1) <br />detached dwelling not exceeding two (2) stores in height, and a <br />private garage for not more than two (2) cars. On said lots <br />Fifty-seven (57) to Sixty-nine (69), both inclusive, any type of <br />residential building may be constructed of any height, and may <br />provide multiple housing, including a series of garage stalls. <br />ARTICLE Iii <br />Except on the lots mentioned in Article II hereof, no build- <br />ing shall be erected, placed or altered on any building plot in <br />
