Barricades shell be painted and structurally maintained for maximum visibility at all times. Provision shall be made in the construction of barricades to provide for ingress and egress for local access as may be required. ALTERNATE DESIGNS Contractors may submit to the Engineer for approval, designs for barricades other than shown on this drawing, and upon the Engineer' approval may be used as alternates.
