Box 1 <br />Cambridge, Wisconsin 53523 <br />Re: # 081227286009, # 081227285706 <br />NW1/4 S27 T8N R12E <br />Town of Medina <br />Dane County <br />Gentlepeople: <br />In response to your recent communication, a search of the public record has been <br />completed for the purpose of providing the requested parcel status determination. <br />It is apparent that # 081227286009, described as Lot 1, Certified Survey Map <br /># 2713, Dane County Registry, was properly created as a separate legal entity in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Dane County Land Division Regulations, and <br />prior to the effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of <br />Medina. Accordingly, this 1.67 acres parcel can be separately conveyed, at this <br />time, without a Dane County certified survey map approval, and without a change <br />in zoning classification, pursuant to S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /># 081227285706, described in R7492/54, Dane County Registry, was separated from <br />other lands zoned A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) without the required change in <br />zoning classification.
