Accordingly, this 22.04 acres parcel <br />can be separately conveyed, at this time, without a Dane County certified survey <br />map approval, and without a change in zoning classification, pursuant to <br />S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br />Any division of this 22.04 acres will require a change in zoning classification, <br />together with a Dane County certified survey map approval. <br />Two separate tax parcel designations exist simply because the subject property is <br />located within two separate Sections.
