Dane County Planning & Development
Room 116, City -County Building, Madison, Wisconsin 53703-3342 Land Division Review
608/266-9086
March 2, 2005
Linda J. Fox
5948 Woods Edge Road
Fitchburg, Wisconsin 53711
Re: # 061019392005 & # 061019391006
SW1/4 S19 T6N R10E
Town of Dunn
Dane County
Dear Linda J. Fox:
It is apparent that the subject tax parcel designations describe a single zoning parcel
of approximately 7.2 acres, that was established as a separate legal entity prior to
the effective date of A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive) Zoning in the Town of Dunn.
Accordingly, this 7.2 acres parcel can be separately conveyed, at this time, without a
change in zoning classification, pursuant to S.10.16(3)(a), Dane County Code of
Ordinances. The current zoning of the subject lands is A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive).
Any division of this 7.2 acres land parcel will require a change in zoning
classification, together with a Dane County certified survey map approval.
A copy of S.10.04(1)(a), Dane County Code of Ordinances is provided for your
information.
Sincerely,
Norbert Scribner, Land Division Review
cc: James A. Fletchall
Clerk, Town of Dunn
Enclosure:
