<br />(c) A comprehensive plan under s. 66.100 1 or, if the <br /> <br /> <br />municipality, town, or county does not have a comprehensive plan, either of <br /> <br /> <br />the following: <br /> <br />1. With respect to a municipality or town, a master plan <br /> <br />under s. 62.23, Wis. Stats. <br /> <br />2. <br />59.69. <br />( d) the rules of the department of commerce relating to septic <br /> <br />With respect to a county, a development plan under s. <br /> <br />systems (not applicable here); <br />( e ) the rules of the department of transportation relating to the <br /> <br />provision of safe entrance upon and departure from abutting state trunk <br /> <br />highways or connecting highways. <br />Sections 236.13(2)(a) and (2m) set forth as additional conditions of <br />approval: <br /> <br />(1) requirements imposed by the Town for the construction of <br />certain public improvements; <br /> <br />(g) dedication of certain easements; and <br /> <br />(h) compliance with certain requirements regarding drainage, <br /> <br />setbacks and sewage disposal facilities. <br /> <br />REINHART\2456297ELG:ELG 08/29/08 <br /> <br />3 <br />
