<br />Section 236.13(3) states: <br />No approving authority or agency having the power to approve or object to <br /> <br />plats shall condition approval upon compliance with, or base an objection upon, <br /> <br />any requirement other than those specified in this section. <br /> <br />Chapter 82. Dane County Ordinances. <br />Under Section 82.53, DCO, the Dane County Board of Supervisors adopted <br /> <br />the Dane County Comprehensive Plan. Under Section 82.54(1), all county <br /> <br />subdivision regulation under 236.45 or 236.46, Wis. Stats. must be consistent with <br /> <br />the Dane County Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Section 82.55 incorporates 33 town plans into the Dane County <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan. Section 82.55 does not, however, incorporate into the Dane <br /> <br />County Comprehensive Plan any specific plan for the Town of Madison. <br /> <br />Chapter 75. Dane County Ordinances. <br /> <br />Chapter 75, DCO sets forth various additional requirements for plats, <br /> <br />including the requirements that the plat comply with all county ordinances and <br /> <br />regulations and with all master plans and master plan components. "Master plan" <br /> <br /> <br />is defined in Section 75.06(7) as "a plan for guiding and shaping the growth or <br /> <br /> <br />development of Dane County, or of a community or area in Dane County, which <br /> <br /> <br />has been adopted by a governmental unit of Dane County and whose preparation <br /> <br />is authorized by the Wis.
