Intergovernmental Cooperation. <br /> <br />Pursuant to intergovernmental agreements between the Town and the Cities <br /> <br />of Madison and Fitchburg, those cities and the Town have entered into the "City of <br /> <br />Madison, City of Fitchburg and Town of Madison Cooperative Plan" (the <br /> <br />"Intergovernmental Cooperative Plan"). <br /> <br />( a) N ovation Campus Community Development Plan. <br /> <br />Among the comprehensive plans created pursuant to the Intergovernmental <br /> <br />Plan was the Novation Campus Community Development Plan (the "CDP"). A <br /> <br /> <br />copy of the CDP is attached. The CDP was approved pursuant to an <br /> <br /> <br />intergovernmental agreement between the City of Fitchburg and the Town. A <br /> <br /> <br />copy of the intergovernmental agreement, which is entitled "Second Memorandum <br /> <br />of Agreement," is attached. The CDP is a comprehensive planning document that <br /> <br /> <br />contains significant detail to guide the development of the area within which the <br /> <br /> <br />plat lies, and therefore should be considered as part of the Town's Master Plan <br /> <br /> <br />under Section 75.06(7), DCO. The CDP was created by the Town in accordance <br /> <br /> <br />with the requirements of the City of Fitchburg's land division ordinance. The <br /> <br /> <br />preliminary plat of Novation Campus II conforms to the Novation Campus <br /> <br />Community Development Plan, as evidenced by the City of Fitchburg's and Town <br /> <br /> <br />of Fitchburg's approval of the preliminary plat. <br /> <br /> <br />(b) Town Revitalization Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />An existing Town plan that is part of the Town's Master Plan (pursuant to <br /> <br /> <br />Section 75.06(7), DCO) is the Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area Plan <br /> <br />REINHART\2456297ELG:ELG 08/29/08 <br /> <br />6 <br />
