•• <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> 2-28-98 WE MET WITH ROGER SNEEBERGER (CERTIFIED LAND SURVEYOR) 835-5606 AND HE OUTLINED THE <br /> OPTIONS WE HAD AS FAR AS WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE PARCEL FOR REZONING. HE GAVE US A VERBAL <br /> ESTIMATE FOR THE LAND SURVEY AS 51,000-51,500. HE QUESTIONED WHY WE HAD TO RE-ZONE WHEN WE <br /> WERE PLANNING TO PUT THE HOUSE IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT AS THE ORIGINAL FARM HOUSE. THE <br /> GARAGE ON THE HOUSE WAS NEW APPROXIMATELY 6-7 YEARS AGO AND WE DID NOT WISH TO DESTROY <br /> THAT. WE WERE PLANNING ON BUILDING ONTO THE EXISTING GARAGE. WE ASKED WHO HE <br /> RECOMMENDED THAT WE TALK TO AT THE ZONING DEPARTMENT AND HE RECOMMENDED PAT ANDERSON <br /> OR STEVE REYNOLDS. <br /> ' -2-98 CALLED ROZ GAUSMAN AT TOWN OF DUNN FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION OF THE RE-ZONING <br /> REQUIREMENT. SHE EXPLAINED THAT IF YOU WENT FOR SOMETHING OTHER THAN R-1 THEN YOU HAVE TO <br /> ZONE TO RH -2 WHICH WAS ALLOWED FOR RURAL HOMES. R1-A IS 1 ACRE MINIMUM. RH -1 = 2 ACRE <br /> MINIMUM. <br /> 3-2-98 CALLED PAT ANDERSON (266-9085) OF DANE COUNTY ZONING TO ASK IF WE COULD MEET WITH HIM TO <br /> SHOW HIM EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND HAVE HIM EXPLAIN WHETHER WE NEEDED TO RE-ZONE IF WE <br /> BUILT IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT OF ORIGINAL FARMHOUSE. (PICTURES ATTACHED AS TO WHAT WE SHOWED <br /> PAT). HIS STATEMENT TO US WAS "1 CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THE TOWN OF DUNN IS REQUIRING YOU TO <br /> RE-ZONE". WE EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE TOWN OF DUNN STATED IT WAS A COUNTY REQUIREMENT <br /> THAT WE RE-ZONE. HE SAID HE WOULD CHECK WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR AS HE DIDN'T THINK WE WOULD <br /> NEED TO RE-ZONE. <br /> 3-4-98 WE RECEIVED A P.C. FROM PAT ANDERSON. HE STATED THAT HE RECEIVED A FAX FROM THE TOWN OF <br /> DUNN SAYING THEY WOULD NOT REQUIRE A RE-ZONE IF COUNTY ORDINANCE DOES NOT HAVE <br /> RESTRICTIONS AND DID NOT REQUIRE A REZONE. THERE WAS NO ISSUE REQUIRING DENSITY. (COPY OF <br /> FAX ATTACHED) <br /> MR ANDERSON STATED HE PUT THE PROPOSAL ON THE ADMINSTRATORS DESK AND WILL SPEAK TO HIM <br /> TOMORROW AND CALL US REGARDING THE DECISION. HE SAID THE ADMINISTRATOR BRIEFLY LOOKED AT <br /> THE PROPOSAL AND SAID IT WAS SIMILAR TO A CONDITION OF NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURE. PAT <br /> STATED HE WOULD CONVINCE HIM THAT THIS DEFINITELY IS NOT A CON-CONFORMING STRUCTURE. HE <br /> HOPED THAT HE WOULD HAVE GOOD NEWS FOR US. <br /> 3-5-98 PHONE CALL FROM PAT ANDERSON (ZONING) STATING THEY WOULD NOT REQUIRE US TO RE-ZONE IF WE <br /> LEFT THE EXISTING GARAGE. WE SHOULD COME SEE HIM WHEN WE WERE READY FOR THE BUILDING <br /> PERMIT. <br /> 3-7-98 ATTENDED THE HOME SHOW AT THE COLISEUM. <br /> 3-7-98 MET WITH BRAD DILLMAN (ARCHITECT) WHO WOULD HELP US DESIGN HOUSE AROUND EXISTING GARAGE. <br /> 3-9-98 SUPPOSED TO MEET WITH STACY HALE (ARCHITECT) WHO WOULD HELP US DESIGN HOUSE AROUND <br /> EXISTING GARAGE. BIG SNOW STORM - MEETING CANCELLED. <br /> 3-12-98 MET WITH STACY HALE. <br /> 3-23-98 RECEIVED PRELIMINARY OPINION OF SITE SUITABILITY FOR PRIVATE SEWAGE SYSTEM FROM DIV OF HEALTH. <br /> 3-25-98 MET WITH LOUIS FAHEY FOR ESTIMATE ON PUMP FOR WELL. <br /> 3-30-98 MET WITH STACY HALE. HE BROUGHT PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR HOUSE TO BE BUILT AROUND EXISTING <br /> GARAGE. (2 HOURS) <br /> 4-1-98 PHONE CALL FROM MEINHOLTZ SEPTIC FOR ESTIMATE OF $5,100 FOR SEPTIC SYSTEM. <br /> 4-3-98 GOT ESTIMATE FOR TREE REMOVAL FROM PRIVATE SOURCE FOR $1,000 PER TREE. <br /> 4-4-98 MET WITH JIM'S TREE SERVICE FOR ESTIMATE OF REMOVING TREES BY EXISTING GARAGE IN PREPARATION <br /> OF BUILDING HOUSE ONTO EXISTING GARAGE. <br /> 4-8-98 APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE WITH STACY HALE (CANCELLED) <br /> 4-9-98 MET WITH STACY HALE <br /> 4-10-98 CONCRETE RAISING OF DEAN'S CEMENT. <br /> 4-12-98 SANDY OINIMEN (835-5840) CALLED TO SAY THEY STILL WANTED TO BUY OUR HOUSE ON COUNTY B <br /> 4-13-98 JIM MANDT SUPPOSED TO COME TO START GRADING FOR NEW SHED.
