DICK AGAIN QUESTIONED WHY WE HAD TO <br /> BUILD AROUND THE EXISTING GARAGE AS IT PRESENTED MULTIPLE PROBLEMS REGARDING THE <br /> CONSTRUCTION. WE SHOWED HIM THE LETTER FROM ROZ GAUSMAN STATING THAT THE TOWN OF DUNN <br /> HAD NO PROBLEM WITH US BUILDING IF WE BUILT ONTO THE EXISTING GARAGE. DICK WENT TO THE <br /> TOWN OF DUNN AND SPOKE WITH ROZ GAUSMAN WHO STATED THAT THEY WERE NOT REQUIRING US TO <br /> BUILD ONTO THE EXISTING GARAGE. <br /> 9-4-09 I CALLED ROZ GAUSMAN FOR CLARIFICATION AS TO WHY WE NOW DID NOT HAVE TO BUILD ONTO THE <br /> EXISTING GARAGE. SHE STATED SHE WOULD CALL PAT ANDERSON FROM COUNTY ZONING TO CHECK ON <br /> IT AGAIN. <br /> 9-14-98 AS I HAD NOT HEARD FROM ROZ REGARDING THE CURRENT STATUS OF RE-ZONING I CALLED HER TO <br /> ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON. SHE SAID SHE HAD NOT HEARD FROM PAT ANDERSON YET. <br /> 9-16-98 ROZ CALLED TO SAY SHE HAD FINALLY MADE CONTACT WITH PAT ANDERSON AND HE TOLD HER WE HAD <br /> TWO OPTIONS: <br /> 1. TEAR DOWN THE GARAGE 8t HOUSE OR QUALIFY UNDER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. <br /> 2. LEAVE GARAGE AND NOT HAVE TO REZONE <br /> I TOLD ROZ THAT WE DID NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ($500 PER MONTH INCOME) <br /> SO WOULD GO WITH TEARING DOWN THE HOUSE AND LEAVING THE EXISTING GARAGE. <br /> 9-18-98 RECEIVED BID FROM VERONA SEPTIC AND EXCAVATING. <br /> 9-18-98 DICK MARTINSON MET WITH PAT ANDERSON AT DANE COUNTY ZONING. <br />
