12. All drilling and blasting shall be conducted in such a manner as to have a minimum impact <br /> on surrounding landowners. The applicant shall maintain a list of neighbors who have <br /> requested to be contacted, and shall contact all neighbors on such list by phone prior to any <br /> drilling or blasting. All blasting shall be monitored by seismograph. <br /> 13. There shall be no bulk fuel stored on the site. <br /> 14.No water shall be removed from the site in order to maintain groundwater discharge to <br /> adjacent areas. <br /> as rtcrtsgp� <br /> 15. The operator shall use water spray bars in the crushing process to reduce dust!' Use of spray <br /> bars is not required when the temperature is below freezing. The operator shall spray the site <br /> with water if and when needed to control dust. <br /> 16. The operator shall require all trucks, excavation, crushing, screening and washing equipment <br /> to have muffler systems which meet or exceed the current industry standards for noise <br /> abatement. <br /> 17.
