Therefore, the tourist camping <br /> facility became nonconforming. <br /> SUMMARY <br /> 04/12/66 Permanently installed mobiles homes in the B-1 zoned area <br /> became nonconforming. New permanently installed trailers <br /> illegal after this date. <br /> 09/24/76 Tourist park in B-1 area was made nonconforming, said use <br /> required RE-1 zoning and a conditional use permit. <br /> NOTE: Any use of A-1 zoned land for tourist camp facility or <br /> mobile home installation has been illegal from the start. <br /> PROPOSED EXPANSION <br /> Sue Kiry and her brother, Chuck Harty have proposed an upgrading of <br /> the facility which includes the following: <br /> 1. Installation of an appropriate septic system for the entire <br /> facility. This is proposed to be located in the NE 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4 of Section 3 in the currently zoned A-1 Agriculture area <br /> to the East of the B-i area. <br /> 2 . Mobile homes currently bordering the lake will be relocated to <br /> comply with the 75 foot setback from the normal high water <br /> line as required by the Shoreland Ordinance. <br /> 3 . The camping facility will be upgraded. <br /> 4 . The current lodge will be renovated with the potential of <br /> having a public restaurant included. <br /> 5. A new area for permanently installed mobile homes will be <br /> established in the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 3 to help <br /> offset the cost of improvements. <br /> 6. Consideration of the Southeasterly property area (NW 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4 Section 2) for the potential of a new lodge facility and <br /> three single family residences. <br /> ADVISORY <br /> In order to bring the property into compliance with the current <br /> zoning regulations and provide for the proposed improvements, I <br /> have advised as follows: <br /> 1 <br />
