Properties previously determined eligible as part of a consensus <br /> determination of eligibility between the SHPO/THPO and a federal <br /> agency or local government representing the Department of <br /> Housing and Urban Development(HUD) <br /> v. Properties listed in the SHPO/THPO inventory that the SHPO/THPO <br /> has previously evaluated and found to meet the National Register <br /> criteria,and that are identified accordingly in the SHPO/THPO <br /> inventory <br /> Additionally,two(2)sites with no listed determination were identified <br /> within the one and one half(1.5)mile indirect APE. <br /> Edge Consulting submitted this information to the Wisconsin State Historical <br /> Society,Office of Preservation. The SHPO response letter concludes that the <br /> reviewer,"Agree with the finding...above(Edge Consulting concluded that <br /> historic properties would not be affected by the project)."Copies of <br /> correspondence with SHPO have been included in Appendix D. <br /> No additional historic properties were identified in a search completed in <br /> November of 2013. <br /> 2.) As part of the consultation regarding objects significant in American history, <br /> architecture,archaeology,engineering,or culture, Edge Consulting made an <br /> attempt to contact appropriate tribal bodies that may have an interest in the <br /> project. The following steps were taken: <br /> a. Project information was uploaded on the FCC's online Tower Construction <br /> Notification System(TCNS). The TCNS returned the following tribes as <br /> expressing interest in the geographical area of the proposed undertaking: <br /> i. Lower Brule Sioux Tribe <br /> ii. Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska <br /> iii. Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation <br /> iv. Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma <br /> v. Sac and Fox Nation of Oklahoma <br /> vi. Sac and Fox Tribe of the Mississippi in Iowa <br /> vii. Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians <br /> viii. Keweenaw Bay Indian Community <br /> ix. Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians <br /> x. Lower Sioux Indian Community of Minnesota <br /> xi. Prairie Island Indian Community <br /> xii. Upper Sioux Community of Minnesota <br /> xiii. Forest County Potawatomi Community of Wisconsin <br /> xiv. Ho-Chunk Nation <br /> xv. Sokaogon Chippewa Community <br /> xvi. Miami Tribe of Oklahoma <br /> xvii. Ottawa Tribe of Oklahoma <br /> xviii. Wyandotte Nation <br /> xix. Shawnee Tribe <br /> xx. Chippewa Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy's Reservation <br /> xxi.
