In the last sentence under <br /> Section B on page 1 of the staff report for Petition No. 7370, in regard to the status of Petition <br /> No. 7069,the word submitted should be changed to recorded. A CSM was submitted for Petition <br /> No. 7069,but it was not recorded because the CSM did not show 66' of public road frontage for a <br /> parcel under 35 acres,as required in the Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> The second issue relates to the proposed deed restriction.
