In keeping with the policy,if the C-2 area <br /> is expanded,it should be specifically limited to auto repair, since most other C-2 permitted uses would be <br /> incompatible at this location. <br /> The applicant has indicated an intent to remove junk cars and parts from the property.The Committee may <br /> want to consider this as a condition on the rezoning.
