This item will be paid for upon completion of all work under the contract,except that, as determined by the engineer, partial payments for this .tem may be allowed in amounts which are approximately proportional to the completi)n of the portions of the `• contract for which haul roads are used. SECTION 619. MOBILIZATION 619.1 Description.This item shall consist of the work and operations necessary for the movement of personnel,equipment, supplies and incidentals to the project site and for establishment of all contractor's offices,buildings,sanitary and other facilities nec- essary for work on the project; and of all other work and operations which must be performed or for which costs must be incurred before beginning work on the various items on the project site. 619.2 Method of Measurement. Mobilization will be measured for payment as a single complete unit of work,acceptably performed. 619.3 Basis of Payment. This item of work, measured as ,rovided above, will be paid for at the contract lump sum price for Mobilization, w rich price shall be full compensation for supplying and furnishing all.materials,facilities and services,and for performing all work necessary for the completion of this item. The contract lump sum shall be payable to the contractor in accordance with the following schedule: When five percent or more of the original contract amount is earned,25 percent of the amount bid for Mobilization will be paid. When 25 percent or more of the original contract amount s earned, 50 percent of I the amount bid for Mobilization will be paid. When 50 percent or more of the original contract amount .s earned, 75 percent of the amount bid for Mobilization will be paid.' ' When 75 percent or more of the original contract amount i.;earned, 100 percent of the amount bid for Mobilization will be paid. .When the contract does not include a separate contract item for Mobilization, any fi necessary Mobilization shall be construed to be subsidiary work included under other i contract items and will not be paid for directly. i SECTION 620. CONCRETE CORRUGATED MEDIAN 620.1 Description.This work shall consist of the construct ion of concrete median Iplaced in one course on a prepared foundation; at the locations and in reasonably close t conformity with the design,dimensions,lines and grades:all as shown on the plans and r provided in the contract. 620.2 Materials. Materials furnished and'used in the worll shall meet the require- , ments for the class of material named and as liereinafter specilied.
