Phase III: <br /> • Sand and gravel will be extracted from this Phase only if permits can be obtained <br /> from the DNR and Dane County to operate within the 500 ft. limit of Badger <br /> Mill Creek. <br /> • At the completion of sand and gravel extraction from Phase II and/or Phase III <br /> (again, Phase III is dependent on permit acquisition), the remainder of Phase I <br /> will be extracted, processed, and delivered. <br /> • Phase I will then be reclaimed per the reclamation included in the plans. <br /> Operational Items: <br /> • Hours of Operation: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. <br /> • No fuel will be stored on the site. <br /> • All equipment will be fueled as needed by fuel delivery trucks. <br /> • All truck loads leaving the site will be tarped. <br /> • A fugitive dust control plan will be implemented. All water from the wash plant is delivered to a series of retention <br /> ponds for re-use or returned to groundwater. <br /> Reclamation: <br /> *See reclamation plan. <br /> • All berms will have final slopes flatter than 3:1. <br /> • The site will be clear of debris and left in a workmanlike condition at final <br /> reclamation. <br /> • • All reclaimed areas will be covered with topsoil and seeded to prevent erosion. <br /> 5 <br />
