23. Days & hours of all operations, equipment warm-up, cool down, maintenance, and <br /> repairs shall be as follows: <br /> Days of Operation = Monday thru Friday <br /> Hours of Operation = 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> Equipment maintenance, warm-up, cool down, and repair may be done from 7:00 <br /> a.m. - 8:00 a.m., and 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br /> 26. All loaded dump trucks shall be tarped prior to leaving the site. <br /> 27. The Operator agrees to not direct its dump trucks north of the USH-18 & 151 by- <br /> pass through the City of Verona, if the final destination is other than a site within the <br /> City of Verona. <br /> 28. The Operator shall require all trucks to be equipped with muffler systems which <br /> meet or exceed the then current standards for noise abatement. All excavation and <br /> crushing equipment shall meet or exceed the then current industry standards for <br /> noise abatement. <br /> 29. Alternate plan pages "E" and "F" submitted to Dane County April 15, 1998 shall <br /> replace the previous pages "E" and "F". New plan page "V" shall be added to the - <br /> plans. The additions include the construction of a 35 food high interior berm and <br /> designate a specific location for the crushing plant, wash plant, and screening plant <br /> to operate within, which blocks the noise and view of this equipment from the <br /> homes to the north. Conveyors, stockpiles, loaders, pumps, and draglines, etc. are <br /> not required to be located in the designated area. <br /> 30. The Operator shall obtain permission from the WDOT to install a culvert beneath <br /> STH-69 as shown on the plans and shall install it, at its cost. The purpose of the <br /> culvert is to allow for the use of a conveyor to transport material from Phase II to the <br /> Phase I processing area. <br /> 31. Crushing days - The Operator agrees to limit crushing to 60 days per year. <br /> 32. The Operator shall, at their expense, install sufficient electric power to operate the <br /> conveyors, wash plant, and screening plant, to reduce the need for an additional <br /> diesel powered generator for this equipment. <br /> 33. No water from the site is to be pumped off the site. <br /> 34. There shall be no bulk fuel stored on site. All excavation equipment, processing <br /> plants, and vehicles shall be fueled, stored, serviced, and repaired on lands at least <br /> three feet above the water table. <br /> 3 <br />
