A residence for course ma agement staff (Green Co.) <br /> f. Sewerage handling syste s, including septic tanks, underground drain <br /> lines, pumping facilities, and vaporative mound per State of Wisconsin <br /> specifications (Green Co.) <br /> l <br /> g. Parking areas, initially for up to 50 cars, later for up to 100 vehicles (gravel <br /> top on prepared base; asphalt paving may be considered in the future if <br /> warranted by rate of utilizations,) (Green Co.) <br /> h. Two or more ground waters and run—off collection and retention ponds will be <br /> constructed for purposes of pr1oviding irrigation water and course hazards. <br /> (Current design calls for all ponds to lie within Green Co.) <br /> i. Additional service roadway as necessary within the site (all within <br /> Green Co) <br /> j. Fuel and agricultural materials handling systems (per State of Wisconsin and <br /> Federal OSHA code) (Green Co.) <br /> 3. Existing facilities will be modified as follows: <br /> a. Existing dairy barn will be rjnodified as a multipurpose clubhouse, storage <br /> and maintenance facility. Th facilities include public restrooms, retail counter <br /> space, administrative offices, nventory storage, and all—weather practice areas. <br /> We do not anticipate restaura t or bar facilities at this time. Various snack foods <br /> will be available. (Green Co.) ' <br /> b. The existing driveway will be improved by additional materials and by <br /> widening sufficiently to accommodate two—way traffic and emergency vehicles. <br /> (Green Co.) <br /> c. Outbuildings currently on the property which will not be necessary for the <br /> course and cannot be modified appropriately will be torn down. These may <br /> include silo structures, sheds and some barnyard concrete paving. (Green Co.) <br /> d. Fencing materials will be r moved within the confines of the course as <br /> needed. Boundary fencing a currently existing will remain undisturbed. No <br /> additional fencing is anticipat d at this time. <br /> e. Existing farm pond structu es will be modified to serve as tempering pond for <br /> irrigation water drawn from w II sources. (Green Co.) <br />
