Existing dairy barn will be rjnodified as a multipurpose clubhouse, storage <br /> and maintenance facility. Th facilities include public restrooms, retail counter <br /> space, administrative offices, nventory storage, and all—weather practice areas. <br /> We do not anticipate restaura t or bar facilities at this time. Various snack foods <br /> will be available. (Green Co.) ' <br /> b. The existing driveway will be improved by additional materials and by <br /> widening sufficiently to accommodate two—way traffic and emergency vehicles. <br /> (Green Co.) <br /> c. Outbuildings currently on the property which will not be necessary for the <br /> course and cannot be modified appropriately will be torn down. Boundary fencing a currently existing will remain undisturbed. No <br /> additional fencing is anticipat d at this time. <br /> e.
