As <br /> you know, the LWCB approved conditional certification of the Dane County exclusive agricultural zoning <br /> ordinance text for 1996 (and 1997 only if the rule is not promulgated by July 1, 1997). <br /> I have also enclosed a notice of Dane County's right to rehearing under s. 227.49, Wis. Stats., and <br /> right to seek judicial review under ss. 227.52 and 227.53, Wis.
