ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REP COMPOSITE REPORT CUP #1457 <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> A specific site plan showing existing and proposed construction and protection <br /> for the tributary to Koshkonong Creek is attached. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> "Animal Waste Collection and Disposal": All animal waste will be deposited in <br /> a holding tank through building sewer lines and disposed of off site. The holding <br /> tank and disposal permits have been issued and the tank installed. <br /> "Insect, Vermin and Odor Controls": Controls include appropriate <br /> management and operation of the facility, as well as obtaining professional services <br /> for these items. Ventilation systems are a component of the project design, as are <br /> surface coatings to eliminate odor retention and provide ease of cleaning. The <br /> building addition will meet the well setback requirements. <br /> LAND CONSERVATION <br /> "Manure and Wash Water": Same as above. <br /> ADJACENT PROPERTIES <br /> Waste management, odor, pest/vermin have been addressed above. <br /> Sound control measures are another important design element and include: <br /> 2 x 6 construction, full insulation of all walls both interior and exterior, poly <br /> composite visual screening panels in animal areas, suspended acoustical ceiling <br /> throughout including sound panels in animal areas and 15" of fiberglass batt <br /> insulation above the entire ceiling and extending to the building outer shell. <br /> Additionally, the owner resides on the site. <br /> "Adequate Site Conditions": See site drawing. Runoff in the construction <br /> area is nearly zero. Excavation will be minimal, with sod surrounding the <br /> construction site. Silt fencing will be installed where necessary. <br /> "Town of Sun Prairie": Approval of this project has been sent to the <br /> Committee. <br />
