Our review of the Committee <br /> minutes identified several statements which are in error including: <br /> 7. Building permits for structure are on file issued May, 1991. <br /> As your office is aware (and as the Town of Middleton previously documented),the Zoning <br /> Permit issued for this property by Dane County on May 5, 1991, (see Attachment A) contained <br /> the following notations: <br /> "This building shall be used for storage of personal property incidental to a residential use <br /> and shall not be used for any business or commercial purpose or human habitation." <br /> The Building Permit issued by the Town of Middleton (see Attachment B) indicates that the <br /> intended use was a "garage." <br /> We reiterate that these were the only zoning or building permits issued for this <br /> property. There are absolutely no zoning or building permits which provided for further <br /> renovation or remodeling of the property located at 4123 Twin Valley Road. <br />
