Lot 2, 27.20 acres and <br /> request zoning A2. Lot 3, 14.41 acres and request zoning of A2 (8) and Lot <br /> 4, 10.8 acres and request zoning of A2 (8) . Restriction included 3 pages <br /> of rigid self adopted points to more than compensate and satisfy any opposing <br /> forces that would styme development due to proximity of County Park. <br /> Motion by S. Theis for approval of rezones and driveway acceptance subject <br /> to town/county road specs. Seconded by Wendt. Discussion from the floor <br /> by 3 persons opposing and asking for delays. Attorney suggested that in <br /> the agreement of CSM, their restrictions would be no less than the ones <br /> presented to the Commission.
