RESTRICTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, William J. Keuler and Michele A. <br /> Keuler are the owners of the following described <br /> land in the Town of Berry, Dane County, <br /> • Wisconsin, to wit: <br /> Return to: <br /> Parcel ID No. <br /> Parcel ID No. <br /> Parcel ID No. <br /> Parcel ID No. <br /> Parcel ID No. <br /> II. WHEREAS, said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to bind the owner <br /> and those who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> III. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby imposed: <br /> A. A building envelope of not greater than two (2) acres in size shall be designated <br /> for each of the four lots created by this certified survey map at the time a building <br /> permit is issued for said lot, and no building shall thereafter be constructed <br /> outside of this designated building envelope for that lot. <br /> B. The balance of the land comprising each of the four lots created by this certified <br /> survey map outside of the designated building envelope shall be designated as a <br /> non-building area. Use of this area shall be limited to fanning as to those portions <br /> of said lot which have been used for farming in any of the five years preceding the <br /> recording of these restrictions, or as a woodland preserve as to those portions <br /> which have not been used for farming in any of the five years preceding the <br /> recording of these restrictions. Uses of the woodland preserve areas of each lot <br /> herein created shall be limited to those uses and practices which are consistent <br /> with accepted standards of woodland husbandry and management and to <br />
