DUST CONTROL <br /> J & H agrees to make every effort to control dust from the CUP area. Dust is <br /> generated during dry conditions and by vehicular traffic serving the CUP. J & H shall <br /> maintain a water wagon and a street sweeper on site during operations and J & H shall <br /> provide Blooming Grove with the name and telephone number of a person who shall <br /> be available if watering or other maintenance is necessary. Upon notice from <br /> Blooming Grove, J & H shall temporarily cease excavating activities when dust <br /> conditions exceed reasonable current agricultural conditions. Operations may resume <br /> when dust conditions return to those of current agricultural conditions. <br /> NO LANDFILL <br /> No landfill activities shall occur on the above-described Property. <br /> LANDSCAPING <br /> Prior to the commencement of operations, J & H shall remit to the Town $2,000 to <br /> provide additional screening (i.e. trees and shrubs) between the Lehr property and <br /> service road. <br /> -3- <br />
