FEB 20 '98 10:49AM TOWN OF WESTPORT P.5/13 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Town of Westport Board of Supervisors hereby <br /> resolves that, based on the above, the Yahara Crossing Center Condominium Plat <br /> Ott <br /> received ApFi1 W, 1997, and related CUP request, as revised and as presented to the <br /> Plan Commission on February 9, 1998, and as attached at Exhibit A, be conditionally <br /> approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Water shall be provided to the development contemplated for the property <br /> shown at Exhibit A by the Town public water system. The Town Engineer shall <br /> review and approve the design of the water system included within the property. If <br /> necessary, the property shall be added to the Town Water and Fire Protection Utility <br /> Districts prior to signature on the Plat by the Clerk. The same provisions are <br /> applicable for sanitary sewer service to the property by the Town Sewer Utility <br /> District. <br /> 2. All utilities shall be installed underground, and their location approved by <br /> the servicing utilities. <br /> 3. Erosion control and stormwater drainage and runoff plans shall be <br /> approved by the Town Engineer and the Town Board, prior to construction <br /> commencing on the property. <br /> 4.
